Since our inception, cultivating opportunities to nurture the next generation has been an important value here at the Wickaninnish Inn.

Twenty-six years of practicing the art of hospitality, and embracing the evolution and lessons that come along with it, inspires us to keep passing this knowledge on through our internship program. We aim to enrich our interns' experience in the hospitality industry and support them as they springboard into their future careers.

Throughout the year, we bring in a rotating collective of students for internships, externships, and co-op placements. The majority of our placements run from May through to October. Regional, national, and international students alike join us in a diverse number of positions within the many departments at the Inn to learn our style of service. We benefit tremendously, as their diverse skillsets and new ideas bring fresh perspectives to the Inn. We love nothing more than seeing students come back to us after graduation to settle into a more long-term progressive positions.
